The essence of true religious beliefs!: 5 needs

Although America’s founding fathers apparently felt it was important to allow religious freedoms, while avoiding and allowing any national religion (in other words, one had the choice/freedom of religion, but also the right, not want, celebrate), in recent years, it seems, the power of certain, so-called, evangelicals, has become, more and more powerful! Unfortunately, it’s also often more about gaining power, over others, rather than the concept of doing the right thing, etc. With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review, and discuss the 5 Necessities of pursuing and/or practicing authentic/true religious beliefs/doctrines.

1. Attending church (or religious institution), versus living one’s own life, according to religious code/doctrine: Many gangsters and other less moral/ethical individuals regularly attend church services, while, in truth, good people do not. Reading any Bible, quoting scripture and/or attending services does not make one religious. On the other hand, how one lives his life consistently (especially when no one is looking) tells us much more about one’s personal code of ethics, etc.

two. Following faith-based guidelines: Examine those faith-based guidelines you believe in and follow, and consider whether they emphasize how one treats others and uphold moral behavior, or whether they emphasize the power and financial advantages of the particular religious person. institution!

3. Giving the correct example: What does the way you live your life say about you? Do you regularly set the right example (the kind of example that you think others would benefit from following)? Are you, one of those people, who, claim, by their actions, Do what I say, not what I do? If religious morality is opposed to the behavior and actions of life itself, isn’t that contradictory?

Four. Integrity; empathy; honor: One of the fundamental necessities of being a religious person should be to maintain absolute integrity, even (or especially) when it cannot be the path of least resistance! Each of us should check ourselves out, from the neck up, to decide/determine if we are willing and able to consistently proceed in this way! Also, measure whether you will actually listen and learn from every conversation and experience to be able to proceed with genuine empathy! Will you commit to living a life of honor and respect for others, whether you agree with them or not?

5. Greater good: True religion must emphasize service to the greater good, bring people together, and proceed, according to the so-called Golden Rule, Do with others what you would like others to do with you!

Others do not have to have the same religious beliefs as you, to be truly religious! We all benefit when faith unites and makes us better, without imposing our beliefs on others!
