So you want to learn how to bodybuild so the ladies can “play” you, huh? Come on admit it…

That’s okay though, whatever the reason, I’ll show you how to do it. Bodybuilding is a great activity to undertake, but it’s like anything else in life: to be successful, you have to work hard.

Patience grasshopper, patience. Results don’t come overnight, and in fact, results aren’t even guaranteed for many people, but that’s only because they don’t take the time to educate themselves like you are now.

You can spend all day in the gym lifting weights and still not get results. In reality, if you spend all day in the gym, you will not get results, you will be overtraining. That’s right, if you overtrain, you won’t get results. If you train little, you will not get results either, and training is only one aspect of bodybuilding.

You still have to consider your nutrition and even your rest. In case you don’t know, there’s a lot to say! So where do you start? Well here are some quick guidelines to help you get started.

Some Basic Guidelines…

– Increase your protein intake

– Limit your intake of sugar and saturated fats

– Train muscle groups in order from largest to smallest

– Allow at least 48 hours to elapse before retraining the same body part

– Use a proper training split

– Start your workouts with “compound” exercises

– Eat frequent, nutrient-dense meals (ideally every 3 hours)

– Keep your training sessions under 55 minutes long
