Every small business needs equipment of some sort to operate and a mobile car cleaning and/or car wash business is no different. In fact, since you’re going to the customer’s car, you have to bring all of his supplies, actually everything, including his own power source and water. Not long ago, a mobile retailer, well, actually, a future mobile retailer asked me:
“Do you use generators for power tools?”
In fact, we use generators, usually Honda, because of their quiet, low-maintenance, and dependable attributes. You need a minimum of 2500 watts, I recommend 3000 because they are 5-6 hp. shop vac is really great for sucking up and sucking up sewage and pumping it into a holding tank or bushes as you can’t allow it to enter the storm drain or waterways.
Also with 3000 watts you can go to an electric pressure washer saving yourself having two motors on board or you can go from 2200 to 2500 watts and get a 5.5hp pressure washer. But if you are going to clean large fleets, you will need hot water (Landa – Landa type skid unit, check the different brands) and 2500-3000 PSI. I’d skip the big bad shock syndrome, highly overpriced, if you’re going to do that, keep the car details, keep the prices high, seek only high-end customers. That’s a totally different business, that’s why we separate them, for example;

You see, once you determine how you want to run your business and what type of equipment you will need, then you can determine the size of generator you will use. So, think about this.
