How often should I exercise to lose body fat and impress my wife with my muscles?




I get asked this question a lot! Well, it’s not about the wife, it’s about how often I should do physical exercises to lose body fat and get fit.

And this is an excellent question…it shows that you are taking responsibility for your own health. And the answer to that question is short and sweet… the average person who just wants to lose body fat and get in shape… can get AMAZING results by working out just 3 days a week.

And each of those workouts SHOULD NOT be longer than an hour!

How is that possible? By making smarter decisions about how to exercise…for example…instead of doing those long, boring cardio workouts…turn it into interval training! It’s much, much more effective and you only have to train half the time… So substitute short intense interval training for cardio… plus… good nutrition and you’ll melt your body fat like you didn’t there would be nothing tomorrow!

And your days off don’t mean you can slack off. You can still be active by walking or just working in the backyard.

Now what about the people who haven’t exercised in quite some time and are quite frankly out of shape? First of all, before you start getting greedy and driving like a pile driver… do everyone a FAVOR by first consulting a medical professional to make sure it’s safe for you to dip your toe in the pool. After all, the world is a much better place with you in it! 🙂

Then… just start slow… walk a little every day and increase as your body starts to feel stronger and stronger. The key here is to do it and make walking and exercising a regular habit.

And when you’re ready… start incorporating some strength training… this is where you should seek advice from your personal trainer. And watch your physical workouts transform into more intense and challenging workouts.

Before you know it… you’ll be pumping, huffing and puffing and your body will feel so alive. And you will notice the results… you will be slimmer, fitter and healthier…
