Brain Training Review – Neuro Programmer 3

This brain training review is based on ‘Neuro Programmer 3’, a highly anticipated release from The Transparent Corporation. After finding the previous version to be an incredibly useful tool for self-development and therapy, I decided to check out the NP3 ‘Ultimate Edition’ demo.

The first thing I noticed was the number of presets available, which now cover more areas than the previous version. There are thirteen different categories, with plenty of sessions to choose from under each one. For example, the ‘Self Programming’ category includes, among many others, an Alpha session to encourage greater effectiveness in mental imagery, plus a Theta session designed to make you more receptive to affirmations.

The amount of control you have over these claims is quite extensive. The ‘auto-dual’ induction is particularly useful. This technique is very popular in hypnosis and involves playing two different messages simultaneously, one in each ear. This creates the confusion necessary to create a breach in your conscious mind so that the messages can take root in your subconscious.

There’s also a panning feature, so that statements that appeal to your creativity can be played in your left ear, which is processed by your right brain (the more abstract, creative hemisphere), while more logical statements can be played back. in his ear. right ear, which is governed by the left brain (the logical side). Since each side is spoken to according to its own language, there is less chance of resistance. Reverb and echo can also be added to enhance the hypnotic effect.

The only thing I feel is missing is a ‘post masking’ feature. Considering that the object of hypnosis is to bypass the critical faculty, the option of re-masking the affirmations would come in handy. However, this is only a minor complaint. Instead, you can record and reverse your own affirmations within an audio program like audacity, and then import it into your NP session.

Of course, you can edit your sessions, over which you have the most control. You can create many layers (tracks) of audio, which can include isochronous, monaural, or binaural beats. In addition to adding affirmations, you can choose from the many sound file tracks available, such as night sounds, rain, wind chimes, streams, etc. These background sounds serve to increase your mind’s absorption in the programming and can be synchronized with the brainwave frequency of the main track.

These custom sessions can be exported as program or WAV/MP3 files. In the case of program files, you can share them with other users on the Transparent Corp. forum including a session description, instructions, audio recommendation (headphones or speakers), and a ‘visual recommendation’ (eyes open or closed).

The setup wizard in NP2 is still present; includes a series of questions designed to help fine-tune the settings of the program so that a session can be tailored to your needs. This is a pretty nice touch, as you can quickly find a suitable session according to your current state of mind.

Another feature I like is the ‘Session Options’. With this, you can schedule your computer to go to sleep or shut down when you’re done with the session. This is particularly useful when using the sleep aid.

In conclusion, The Transparent Corporation has improved on the previous installment by creating a program that is pristine in sound production quality and is more responsive to user input. They have done this while maintaining a level of ease of use. The software is very stable, does not consume your CPU, and generally runs smoothly. It is highly recommended for those who wish to master their own minds.
