The Vince Delmonte Scam Challenge: Top 3 Reasons for Failure

You’ve probably already come across Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building Program. Thousands of naturally slim or skinny people looking to gain weight and build some muscle have signed up to learn from Vince Delmonte, but only a few hundred have managed to transform their bodies for the better.

Why is that you may ask? Is Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Bodybuilding Program a Scam? I say far from it because you have to understand that the best tools in the world are only as good as their owner.

I’m here to share with you how you should fully maximize the Vince Delmonte program to achieve the body you want by looking at the top 3 reasons people fail:

1. Expectations Too High: Wherever we go, we’re literally bombarded with images of what our bodies should look like, whether it’s flipping through lifestyle magazines or sitting down to watch Will Smith tear his body apart doing pull-ups on the latest nights out. Hollywood movie. How about those reality shows you see on TV? All of these images are misleading because they make it look too easy.

I will tell you up front that it takes a long time to properly achieve those kinds of results or it takes 110% dedication to make it happen in a much shorter period. Many of us don’t have the freedom to do the latter since, unlike actors, we don’t get paid to train and eat the best food in the world every day. Many people shout Vince Delmonte scam after only 2 weeks of following the program because they expect to be marked after those 14 days of hard work. Go figure! Be somewhat humble in your expectations; faithfully carry out the program as Vince teaches you and before you know it, in 3 months people you know will come up to you and say, “Wow! You look amazing. What did you do?” They’ll think you transformed overnight, but you know better. You know how much hard work you have put in to get to that point.

2. Unmotivated – Making a lifestyle change that is completely new to you is certainly very difficult. Transformation isn’t exactly a walk in the park. Following the 2 week time frame as I mentioned above, most people start to fade at this point. What he would like to call the good news is that this lack of motivation happens to each of us several times throughout the program. I’ve personally been through it many times and believe it or not, so has Vince Delmonte himself.

The trick to getting through these low periods is for us to build motivation ourselves. It is stated, but often overlooked in No Nonsense Bodybuilding, that we should track our progress as we go. This includes updating your body measurements from week to week and recording the number of weights you lift in each workout. You can motivate yourself by comparing the information and recognizing that you are actually making progress regardless of what you perceive. Some people also find that training with a partner works wonders because you can both help each other get to the top. Some friends of mine even put together a pot of money where the biggest winner after 3 months would take it all. I myself couldn’t find a partner in the early stages of my own training, so I made the camera my best friend. I took a picture of the body before and updated it every week thereafter. The improvements I saw from photo to photo were amazing and it helped keep me constantly motivated. Give it a try.

3. Lack of information – You might be surprised to see this, but honestly, this is an extremely common reason for failure not only in the Vince Delmonte show but also in many other shows that are not really scams. You would think that someone who signs up for a reputable training program like No Nonsense Muscle Building would have the best information resources available. Well, they do. In fact, they have all the information they need and more in front of them to get that new body, but they just don’t review the material.

I am amazed that this is happening and would not have taken it seriously if I had not seen my friends commit the exact offense. After going through my own body transformation, I was ecstatic and told some of my still skinny and out of shape friends about the Vince Delmonte program. 4 out of 5 people I told actually seemed pretty excited and bought the program themselves, but 3 of those 4 just skimmed through the material, followed the training plan half knowing what it was, and obviously they all failed miserably. Unfortunately, they blamed the show. One of them even went so far as to say that he was scammed. Ripped off by who I asked; Vince Delmonte or yourself? Needless to say, he didn’t speak to me for quite some time. You must review all the material correctly, plan your routines as the program shows you how to do it, and do it frequently during your target time period. The information is there. The lack of information is rather a lack of initiative and application.

Now that I’ve explained the top 3 reasons people fail, you shouldn’t have any of these issues getting in the way of that body you’ve always wanted. Don’t shy away and don’t end up calling the program a scam because I’m sure you’ll be a winner.
