It’s a secret weapon that Asian women have used for decades to enjoy delicious sweets and desserts while still losing weight quickly. Stevia actually comes from a group of plants found in South America, Central America, and Mexico. That part is not important, I don’t want to bore you with a long history of the origin of this wonderful plant. Instead, I want to tell you why it is so helpful for someone trying to lose weight:

That’s right, this is not a dangerous chemical mix like aspartame or Splenda (yes, Splenda is horrible and should be avoided entirely).

It can be purchased in powder form or already included in certain food products and soft drinks that you will find at local health stores. Just read ingredient labels on products to determine if there is Stevia inside.

You can put it in tea and coffee. You can sprinkle it on low-calorie dry cereal. You can even bake cookies and cakes with it!

Probably, but when you’ve seen the results like me, the actual weight loss in many people over the course of months, you’ll want to yell about it from the top of the tallest mountain to anyone who will listen. It is a great tool that allows people to STOP overeating and make real progress towards their dream body in a healthy way.

Important: read the labels of all foods and drinks

What You DON’T WANT: High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sucralose, Splenda, Aspartame, Saccharin.

If I see any of those listed in the ingredient chart, I put the item back on the shelf. Period. This is not negotiable.

Enjoy these four deadly elements forever (“Splenda” is the trade name for sucralose, they are the same, which is why it is 4 instead of 5) and make sure you never consume any of them. There are reasons why diabetes, cancer, and various health problems have increased by 300% over the past 40 years, and it is no coincidence that each of these products was invented during that period. Think about it.
