Home remedies for asthma treatment

5. Honey:

Honey consumption is considered one of the oldest home remedies for asthma. Even the smell of honey has been known to work wonders for some people and it is highly recommended to try honey if you are having trouble breathing. Just mix 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of (warm) water and drink it gradually. Repeat this at least thrice a day for positive results.
