Drink more water – wash off the fat




The water removes grease and cleanses your interior at the same time.
Drinking plenty of water allows your kidneys to function properly, and if you don’t drink enough, your liver can’t convert fat into energy as it is forced to take over the filtering of toxins. Drinking enough water also increases energy levels.

If you don’t drink enough water, your body retains what little water you take in. This is called water retention, which raises your blood pressure. The best way to stop water retention is to gradually start drinking more water, which also has the benefit of making you less hungry.

Some symptoms of dehydration can be mild confusion, headaches, stomachaches, joint pain, hunger after eating, fatigue, dry skin, constipation, and dark urine.

We recommend drinking approximately 1 liter of water for every 20 kilograms of body weight. Make sure you drink plenty of water during physical activity, but be sure not to drink too much immediately before or with a meal, as it can weaken digestion.

When you drink more water, you will initially go to the bathroom more often, but your body will soon adjust.

In many urban areas, tap water contains fluoride, chlorine, and other contaminants that can cause health problems. If this is the case in your area, it would be best to drink bottled water.

The human body is made up of approximately 75% water, so it is extremely important to drink plenty of water. Nothing can hydrate like water, so drink it.
