Do’s and Don’ts for a Successful Session

Do not manipulate or play with spirits and the spirit world unless you are prepared for all the ramifications that this entails. Always ensure your own safety and the safety of others sitting in the circle with you. Always set your limits when performing a session.

1: Session participants gather in a circle around a comfortable table.

2: Place a white candle and a symbolic symbol of protection in the center of the circle you have blessed and over which you have said a prayer of protection.

3: Turn off the phone and anything else that makes loud and annoying sounds and noises, and always move pets to another room. Remove any distracting objects (such as wind chimes) to avoid unwanted noise.

4: Dim the lights to a comfortable level or you can turn them off if you like and use a couple of candles in the room to create soft comfortable lighting, go with whatever feels good and comfortable for you too.

5: Ask all participants sitting around the table to place their hands on the table, fingers slightly apart to allow each little finger on each person’s hands to touch too lightly with their neighbor on either side.

6: Begin with a preselected opening prayer that should be short and sweet, designed to express benevolent purposes and offer protection to all involved.

7: Concentrate then on opening your circle to the arrival of the spirits for a few moments. Give this a sufficient amount of time, ask if there are any spirits present.

8: Continue to always focus on the spirits in the room. Ask the spirits relevant questions that can be easily answered with the simple “yes” or “no” prompts.

9: Always communicate with spirits to the best of your ability and common sense (not kidding, so keep all puns out of session) until you feel it is time to end the session, or until you begin to do it. Feeling tired

10: Always end the meeting by saying goodbye to the spirits in the room, and express your thanks for their participation in your meeting and send them back and on their way.

11: Always end the session with a closing sentence similar to the one you opened.

SECURITY ADVICE:

1: Always remain alert at all times, some spirits can be terrible false manipulative liars and I cannot stress this enough, always remain calm and stress free, because Spirits feel the tension in a person, just as creatures do terrestrial. Show a sense of alertness and serenity.

2: If you do come into contact with a harmful spirit that joins your session, ask them to leave immediately and recite your opening prayer of protection. If it doesn’t work the first time, repeat the process firmly but without anger in your tone of voice or in your feelings.

3: Be very cautious and careful when dealing with and handling spirits from another place and time. Treat them with respect and use your instincts to know when it’s time to stop the event.

4: Never allow participants who you think will not or cannot handle a session psychologically, especially children, you should never involve them.

5: Never break the circle by letting go of your hands in the middle of a session, this will allow the spirit to stay on the flat earth and wreak havoc if it so chooses.

6: Always end the session by also returning to the spirit where it came from and always close the circle and end it with a prayer of closure and protection. If you don’t do this, he can remain on this earthly plain to wreak havoc if he wishes.

7: Never trust a spirit on faith, as I said, they can deceive us with manipulative lies. If he claims to be someone you know, test the spirit with questions only that person who once knew you with questions only the real person can answer. WARNING: When testing a spirit with such questions to test validation, keep the answers out of your mind as they can read your thoughts.

8: Never provoke a spirit, especially a spirit that seems upset.
