Rabbit Chase – A male will usually chase the doe. Sniffing his butt and then he will try to lift his tail with his nose. The male rabbit will chase the female for a few minutes before finally being able to seduce her. Remember that if you want rabbit mating to be successful, you have to put the female in the male’s hutch and not the other way around. If you put the male inside the female’s cage, it could be ugly. The female will become very aggressive and tend to hurt the male.
