Numerous NFL niches

With September as the start of the annual NFL season, it’s a good time to assess the earning potential offered using the power of niche marketing …

To be honest, there is no need to wait for the season to end before you can benefit from the NFL; the potential is there throughout the year.

When I started affiliate marketing, one of the first successes I had was with NFL products.

There were, and still are, a large number of people searching online for replica helmets and jerseys of their favorite team.

They are not massive numbers, but certainly enough to make a profitable market, and here is an example of how to profit …

You find a website that sells these replicas, that has an affiliate program, which means that you get paid a commission for any visitor you send and make a purchase.

Then you focus your traffic generation efforts exclusively on those people who are looking for a team jersey, because you know * exactly * what they’re looking for.

Then they send to the specific page that shows the shirt in front of them.

This type of approach increases your conversion rates, because the potential customer is pre-qualified.

Or, you can set up a site that sells jerseys for all teams, plus college teams, and market the overall jersey market.

Of course, the merchandise is not limited to helmets and jerseys, far from it!

If the merchandise doesn’t look like your purse to you, it could be an affiliate for game tickets, game day hotel deals, pay-per-view TV deals.

It’s a huge list of potential niche markets to explore.

They can be tried almost for free, if not totally free, and once one is successful, you can repeat it for any number of others!

Sports fans are always a good market to buy – they were before the rise of the internet, and they continue now!

I like to watch the NFL, not just for the massive hits on the tackles, but for the full potential of the niche that is waiting to be tapped!
