Dr. Eggman is back in Sonic Rush




The Sonic Rush story begins when Sonic asks Dr. Eggman about his plan. Eggman responded by saying that he was not going to reveal it to her. After that, Eggman and Sonic engage in a battle. Eggman lost the battle with Sonic and hid in one place. When Eggman hurriedly left, a mystical emerald was left behind. The mystical emerald is different from the Chaos Emerald. Sonic picks him up and they beat him under his nose. A strange lady appears and comments on it. Sonic ponders it and then begins another adventure.
The characters in Sonic Rush are Sonic the Hedgehog, Blaze the cat, Dr. Eggman, Eggman-Nega, Miles “Tails” Prower, Cream the rabbit, Amy Rose, and Knuckles the Echidna. The two playable characters are Sonic and Blaze. Basic movements are reduced.

There are two new cheats which are Tension Gauge and Super / Fire Boost. To move left or right, hold down and press the left or right button. To crouch down, press the button down. To look up while standing still, press the up button. To do Sonic Spin, press the A or B button. To make Sonic jump and perform the homing attack, press the A button and then the R button. Cheats are found throughout the acts. Certain tricks need to be operated in some way, while others have pop-up suggestions. Special Gimmicks is a round device with a star and 2 handles. The special tricks provide an entrance to the special stages.

There are special tricks that can be performed in the game using the A, B and R buttons. Tricks can help you score more points. The strain gauge is located on the left side of the upper and lower display. Tensions are obtained by performing tricks, hitting a checkpoint or tension item boxes, and conquering an enemy. The tension will disappear when you perform the Super / Fire Boost, are hit by an enemy or are dying. The character tends to travel at a faster speed while in Boost mode. In Boost mode, you will feel a sudden shield effect. Afterimages will appear behind the character you are playing. The Super (Sonic) or Fire (Blaze) Boost Increases your speed and helps you defeat enemies when you have tension. If the boost is not activated within five seconds, the indicator or character will blink. The tension indicator and character will no longer glow and will remain at 300 percent. However, if you perform another trick, the character will glow again. You can keep the character radiant by getting more tension.
